Devising Class and Performance at
St. Mary's County
Detention and Rehabilitation Center
Co-directed by Beth Charlebois, Daniel Bear Davis, and Amy Steiger
We co-led a devised theater and performance class with women incarcerated in the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center. Drawing tools from Viewpoints, Moment Work, Playwriting, and Contemporary Dance practices, the group of 10 women created an original performance over the course of 10 sessions.
